Chả Cá Thăng Long-Lã Vọng (Cali) – Stir-Fry Swai Fish Fillets

The famous Chả cá Thăng Long – Lã Vọng have been very popular in VN communities and many restaurants call it with their own names by modifying the recipes to their conveniences. Well, Chef Audie has her own recipe also but it tastes better than many restaurants. This recipe is easy to make and takes less than 30 minutes.

We use Swai Fillets (BASA brand) which sold in most Asian Supermarkets and big American Supermarkets also. Cut them into small pieces to fry.

We cut and stir fry all dill weeds, onions and green onions for the dish. Some may like them raw. Stir fry the fish well and prepare with vermicelli noodles and some mixed fish sauce and some red lettuce.
