I got my HP x360\u00a0<\/em><i>Haswell i7-4510u HD4400 running El Capitan almost perfectly. Since there are so many changes in the new OS X compares to the Yosemite, it&#8217;s hard to tell if anything else can happen with the new updates and stuff. But as of now, the MacBook Air 6,2 wanna be is running very well, sleep, wake, USB connections, wifi, bluetooth, graphics, HDMI, iMovie, Garage Band, Photo, iMessage,\u00a0FaceTime&#8230;<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"preview\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dognmonkey.com\/mythemes\/wp-content\/uploads\/z_elcapitan.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-5156\" src=\"\/\/www.dognmonkey.com\/techs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/z_elcapitan-200x112.jpg\" alt=\"z_elcapitan\" width=\"200\" height=\"112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dognmonkey.com\/mythemes\/wp-content\/uploads\/z_elcapitan-200x112.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.dognmonkey.com\/mythemes\/wp-content\/uploads\/z_elcapitan-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dognmonkey.com\/mythemes\/wp-content\/uploads\/z_elcapitan.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>This is how I did mine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1. Back up the old\u00a0<\/em><i>volume Yosemite10105 to an external USB hard drive for safe keeping, in case I have to go back.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>2. Install El Capitan to a new external USB hard drive with the option\u00a0<\/em><i>transfering all apps from Yosemite10105 to the new volume ElCapitanX11.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>3. Make sure the external USB ElCapitanX11 to run well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4. Restore external USB ElCapitanX11 Volume to Internal Hard drive over the Yosemite10105 volume.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5. Update EFI Clover to r3270.
