We’ve been using for a few years now and we liked it, it’s been reliable so we got another one for our etron GT. This time we wired the 12V-5V USB to the rain sensor power socket behind the rear view mirror and it works wonderfully, no long cable running. The only thing that need to be done is to remove the front camera cover, then the rear view mirror cover and the wiring on the 8 pin connector shows.
Connect the positive wire (red) to the left Blue wire and the negative (black) to the brown wire. Use zip tie to secure it in place. Watch the video
