Chả Cá Thăng Long (Cali) – Stir-Fried Fish Fillets

The famous Chả cá Thăng Long has been very popular in VN communities and many restaurants call it with their own names by modifying the recipes to their conveniences. Well, Chef Audie has her own recipe also but it tastes better than many restaurants. This recipe is easy to make and takes less than 30 minutes.

We use Swai Fillets (BASA brand) which sold in most Asian Supermarkets and big American Supermarkets also. Cut them into small pieces to fry.
