On special occasions, my wife make a special bbq chicken salad using seaweed noodles bought from Korean supermarket. The noodles are crunchy, accompanied with carrots, celery, bbq chicken, fried wonton skins, sesame and mixed fish sauce make a very tasty salad.
We do try to stay healthy by having all types of meat cooked every week from fish, white meat to red meat. Brandon seems to like pork chops in tomato sauce. I used V8 instead. We buy pork chops from Range 99 or Lion Super market thin sliced. Fresh ripe tomato.
