Radish Flour Cake Stir Fry

In some VN Chinese restaurants, they have these radish, taro flour cake stir fry which we really like, especially when you want some carbs. Some VN or Asian supermarkets they also carry these already made cake for us to take home and fry them ourselves. Just cut into little squared pieces and fry with high heat for the crispy outside (burnt), must have chopped onions, green onions, cilantro and beaten eggs (scrambled).

The best is to fry the cakes, on the last turn over for both side crispy, put onions and cilantro in, just done then pour the eggs over all the cakes. Flip each section over until egg is done then we have perfectly fried Radish cakes.

The sauce to dip it in: soy sauce, red vinegar, sugar, mixed to your liking. Put some sriracha if you want some hot sauce.

Just take each piece and dip into the sauce and eat, great breakfast too.
